How the marketplace works
- The model
- Sellers list free and keep their pieces until a buyer orders. Nothing is ever sold without the seller's approval — a sale happens only at the listed price or through an offer the seller accepted.
- Authentication
- Every order is authenticated before delivery by the in-house team together with third-party tools from LegitGrails. Most items are authenticated within 1–2 business days of arriving.
- Fees
- Buyers pay a 10% service fee plus 3% payment processing at checkout. Sellers pay 10% commission plus 3% processing only when a piece sells. Listing is free; the minimum listing price is USD 300.
- Payments
- Cards, Apple Pay, and buy-now-pay-later through Tabby and Tamara. Prices shown to UAE buyers include VAT; international orders may incur customs duties on delivery.
- Seller payout
- Funds land in the seller's wallet once the buyer receives the item, can be withdrawn to a bank after 72 hours, and UAE bank withdrawals typically take 1–3 business days.
- Returns
- All sales are final. A refund is issued only if an item is confirmed counterfeit.
- Shipping
- DHL internationally and Aramex within the UAE and GCC. Delivery is worldwide.
