If the item does not match its description or you have doubts about its authenticity, please contact the Customer Support Team. After a thorough investigation, if the issue is verified, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item and issue a full refund.

Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable, whether paid by the buyer or charged to us. If a shipment is refused, any applicable duties and customs fees will be deducted from your refund.
