CHANEL Vintage Timeless Zip Tote

We uphold the highest standards of authenticity with a rigorous three-tier verification process. It begins with our trusted sellers, followed by a meticulous review by our in-house authentication experts, and concludes with a final check using advanced third-party AI-powered authentication tools for ultimate precision.

Our team conducts a thorough physical evaluation to ensure each item matches the seller's stated condition and description. Expert authenticators assess the quality of materials, hardware, stitching, logos, fonts, date codes, and serial numbers, among other critical details.

For eligible luxury items, including handbags from Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Chanel, Dior, and more, we provide a lifetime authenticity certificate—guaranteeing that every piece sold on our platform is 100% genuine.

As per our general sale conditions, keep in mind: If you have changed your mind about an item, you have the option to relist it for sale within 3 days of delivery with zero commission fees, and only a payment processing fee of 3% will apply.

If the item does not match its description or you have doubts about its authenticity, please contact the Customer Support Team. After a thorough investigation, if the issue is verified, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item and issue a full refund.

Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable, whether paid by the buyer or charged to us. If a shipment is refused, any applicable duties and customs fees will be deducted from your refund.

Except for the scenario described above, please note that all sales are final and not eligible for return. We're here to offer you the most carefree shopping experience!
