As per our general sale conditions, keep in mind: If you have changed your mind about an item, you have the option to relist it for sale within 3 days of delivery with zero commission fees, and only a payment processing fee of 3% will apply.

If the item does not match its description or you have doubts about its authenticity, please contact the Customer Support Team. After a thorough investigation, if the issue is verified, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item and issue a full refund.

Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable, whether paid by the buyer or charged to us. If a shipment is refused, any applicable duties and customs fees will be deducted from your refund.
