These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website libascollective.com, its sub-domains, any other website operated by us or on our behalf, our mobile and desktop applications, and all related services (together, the "Services").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Services.
References to "Libas Collective", "we", "us" or "our" mean LIBAS COLLECTIVE TRADING CO. L.L.C S.O.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at 2104 Prime Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
References to "User", "Seller" or "Buyer" mean you, the person using the Services. An "Item" is any product listed for sale through the Services.
Libas Collective provides Users with an online platform to buy and sell pre-owned luxury items. You are responsible for obtaining the access and equipment needed to use the Services, including any third-party internet or data charges.
Libas Collective grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services. You may not, without our written permission: copy or harvest account data for the benefit of any third party; cache or frame our content; upload or transmit content you are not entitled to share, or any malware or harmful code; impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure; or use data-mining, robots or similar extraction tools. You may not bypass any measure we use to protect or restrict access to the Services. Any unauthorised use terminates the licence granted to you.
4.1 Commission & fees
Listing Items is free. Seller commission is:
A 3% payment-processing fee applies to the full Item price in addition to the above. We do not accept Items priced below USD 300 (or local-currency equivalent). Commission is non-negotiable.

4.3 Shipping a sold Item
All sales are final; you cannot change the price once an Item is ordered. You must ship within 7 days of a confirmed sale. Orders not shipped within 7 days are automatically cancelled and refunded to the Buyer, and late shipment carries no guaranteed payment. Repeated failure to fulfil orders may lead to suspension or termination.
4.4 Authentication of your Item
If an Item is sent for authentication and is found to be counterfeit or not as described, the order is cancelled and the Item returned to you at your cost (shipping both ways, authentication fees, and any duties or taxes). The Item is released only after those costs are settled. If you do not confirm acceptance of these costs within 24 hours, we may, after 3 days, destroy the Item or offer it to the Buyer at no charge.
4.5 Customs documentation
You are solely responsible for all documentation required for customs clearance (including CITES permits and any other certificates or declarations). If a shipment cannot clear customs due to missing, incomplete or incorrect documentation, you are liable for all resulting costs (return shipping, duties, taxes and any additional charges). The Item is not returned until those costs are settled; if they remain unpaid, the Item may be held and subsequently destroyed without liability or compensation.
4.6 Payouts
Sellers receive their proceeds by bank transfer only. Any bank or intermediary-bank charges are borne by the Seller.
4.7 Off-platform contact
All communication and transactions must stay within the Services. Contacting Buyers outside the platform may lead to suspension or termination and puts your information and security at risk.
4.8 Promotions & price reductions
From time to time we run promotions or issue vouchers, and we may reduce a Seller's Item price by deducting from our commission without notice. A Seller may also reduce a listed price after publication without notice to us.

A buyer service fee of 3%–13% is charged to the Buyer and covers, among other things:

5.2 Buyer responsibilities
This section is a binding agreement between you ("Buyer") and Libas Collective, which sells Items on behalf of Sellers and is not associated with the brands it sells. We may display or remove any Item based on availability without notifying you. By purchasing, you agree that:
5.3 Shipping fees & duties
We work with couriers to secure competitive shipping rates. Shipping and handling depend on the destination or nearest authentication centre; for multiple Items, shipping is calculated per Item and summed. The Buyer bears all duties and taxes, which vary by Item type and destination country and which we may be unable to estimate at the time of purchase.
5.4 Value Added Tax (VAT)
Prices shown to UAE customers are inclusive of 5% VAT, which is calculated only on the service fees, not on the full product value. The exact VAT is calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination. For orders delivered outside the UAE, local import taxes may apply and will be shown at checkout.
5.5 Currency conversion fee
Seller prices are set in the Seller's local currency. If you view an Item in a different currency, the displayed price includes a currency-conversion fee of up to 5%. View and pay in the Seller's currency to avoid this fee (your card issuer or bank may still apply its own foreign-exchange charges).
Our team independently authenticates Items using current technology at our centres, through a multi-layer process and at least one (sometimes two) third-party authentication services, and fingerprints each Item before shipping. If an ordered Item is found inauthentic, the transaction is cancelled and the Buyer is not charged; inauthentic Items are returned to the Seller at the Seller's expense or destroyed.
Libas Collective has no association or affiliation with the brands whose Items are sold; all authentication is performed independently and does not reflect the opinion of any brand. As a third-party appraiser, we do not involve ourselves in sales disputes.

Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method, or in some cases to your Libas Collective Wallet (which you can withdraw or spend). A refund covers the full value of the Item(s) only and excludes payment-processing fees, return-processing fees, shipping, vouchers, customs duties, VAT and any other local taxes. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the returned Item being received and checked; card refunds may take up to 40 business days to appear depending on your bank.
If your Item is authenticated, payment is deposited to your Wallet once authentication completes. Deposited funds can be withdrawn 72 hours after the deposit.
To withdraw, go to "My Wallet" → "Add Recipient", enter your bank details and a clear, valid photo ID. We process the transfer within 1–2 business days; it may take up to 7 business days to arrive depending on your bank's country. The minimum withdrawal is USD 200 (or local-currency equivalent).
We accept most major credit and debit cards, Tabby, Tamara and Apple Pay. We also accept cryptocurrency through our designated partners: once confirmed, the equivalent amount is credited to your Voucher Balance. In line with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations, funds from cryptocurrency deposits are non-withdrawable, non-refundable, and usable only to purchase goods on the Services. Cash and cash-on-delivery are not available.
By using the Services or emailing us, you communicate electronically and consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that electronic agreements, notices and disclosures satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Through an approved Libas Collective affiliate programme you may earn up to 5% commission on successful sales via your unique referral link (capped at USD 500 per Item). Commissions are paid monthly via approved methods, excluding taxes, shipping and discounts. Affiliates must promote Libas Collective honestly, must not use misleading tactics, and may not run paid ads using the Libas Collective name without approval. Fraudulent transactions, self-referrals or coupon abuse result in termination, and cancelled, refunded or disputed orders do not qualify. We may modify or end the programme and remove inactive or non-compliant affiliates.
The Services may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, content, advertising, products or services of those sites and do not endorse them.
We do not guarantee that product descriptions, attributes, specifications, prices or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Pricing is set entirely by Sellers, and we may decline to publish a listing whose price we consider excessive.
We may fail to deliver an Item where live inventory does not match a partner's records; in such cases we may cancel the order and issue a full refund if already paid. Placing an order does not guarantee delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance at the destination. We do not deal with OFAC-sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE law, and regulations may prohibit importing Items made with exotic materials into certain countries — contact us for more information.
You agree to indemnify and hold Libas Collective (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may change the Services, our policies and these Terms at any time. From time to time we may offer promotional offers subject to additional terms. If you wish to terminate your account because of a change to these Terms, please contact us.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Services, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Dubai having jurisdiction. Our failure to act on any breach does not waive our right to act on later or similar breaches, and we do not guarantee to act on every breach. There are no third-party beneficiaries unless expressly stated.
Any provision that by its nature should survive termination (including payment, indemnity, IP and liability provisions) remains in effect after these Terms end. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Libas Collective regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreement. If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us.
